RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) within 30-days for a full refund. Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition; unaltered and unmarked, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. Upon receipt of returned product(s), we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product(s) do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized:

  • Please send a return notification to info@cassiuseyewear.com, with your purchase order number and product(s) to be returned
  • Upon receipt, a Return Authorization # will be issued
  • All products for return must be packed, securely sealed and accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation and Return Authorization # to: Cassius Eyewear Limited, Private Bag MBE M112, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand

Please note:

  • Your return is postmarked within 30-days from the date it is shipped it to you
  • No collect shipments will be accepted
  • No responsibility, reimbursement or compensation will be issued for lost packages, or without proof of delivery

When the return is received, a refund will be issued on the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement. If an exchange on product(s) is required, a refund will be issued, and you may purchase the desired exchange item through the website, as a separate transaction, as we are unable to provide online exchanges.
